A public cookout was held to introduce Home Place community members to the This Is Home Place planning project.

Scale, Character, and Design
Home Place strongly prefers the existing neighborhood-scaled buildings and wants to avoid development that changes the neighborhood’s character.
Safer, More Enjoyable, and Walkable Experiences
Home Place wants to improve the conditions for walkability.

Home Place wants an active business district to support new and existing businesses.
